Indonesian Idol 2012 - Reveal Ranking and Power List the Top 12 Contestants

Idol has never been about the best singer. There's also looks, personality, audience connection. In fact, the best singer usually does not win. Sisi Hapsari by far had the best voice in Season 3 and Tessa and Dhea in season 6.

 It is hard to judge off of just one performance but I think they will only be able get the popularity, likability and supportive fan base to win the show.

Just for fun–here’s a post-reveal ranking and my Power List of the Indonesian Idol 2012 Top 12.

 1. Regina Ivanova Polapa

Regina  is in the pole position right now,

I really like her, great voice and great attitude,she is super talented, has
a nice soulful and bluesy voice..She has music in her blood. I believe every word she sang. I’d sign this girl on the spot, with the right material, she's going to be someone to watch.  She also has the maturity to deal with some of the pressures that are upcoming.. Kalau hasil akhir Indonesian idol di tentukan dari kualitas vocal kontestan maka Regina akan memenangkan kompetisi ini. Suara power tp tidak over singing,dengan range vocal Lebar bersuara tebal & sedikit blues Regina akan sangat mudah menyanyikan lagu dari bertipe smooth sampai bertipe black power,dari pop ala adele sampai gospel blues soul jazz ala Aretha franklin & Mariah Carey… dibandingkan kontestan lainnya,Regina lebih memiliki jam terbang dalam hal manggung, Penampilannya dari cafe ke cafe berlabel kelas A+ membuat dia terlihat matang ketika tampil di stage, she’s a master class!!!  Thanks God for Regina,dia membuat kompetisi ini seperti kita di suguhkan episode kembalinya joy tobing & Nania di panggung idol. 

Asalkan Regina tidak memaksakan menyanyikan lagu bertipe berat & bisa menjaga peak performancenya,maka peluangnya untuk menjadi juara Indonesian Idol season ini sangat besar, she's stronger, and she's more experienced.

 2. Kamasean Yoce Matthews

A good semi-final performance from Sean on top of earlier buzz-worthy performances puts Sean at #2 on the list. (She gave me Goosebumps)

Sean is really talented, probably one of the most talented kids in this show. She the one that I think has the best potential to be a star. . Dengan meminimalisir  mengakrobatik suaranya seperti para penyanyi afro America,tanpa harus bernyanyi mengimprovisasi melodi ala Beyonce,sean punya peluang untuk menjadi juara Indonesian idol tahun ini,she’s Jordin Sparks Indonesian Idol..Apabila kontestan lain tidak all out performanya di stage & membiarkan peluang,maka sean akan merebut kesempatan & akan mulus melaju ke babak babak selanjutnya bahkan jadi juara,  She's My personal favorite. She's an evolving person.  a person who's  Always and forever learning..she's a real fighter and that's what I love most about her, she's very optimistic too

adorable, funny, and  Everybody Loves Dion

Dion is Dion, kontestan yang satu ini sangat nyaman dengan apa adanya dia tanpa harus bertopeng atau berpenampilan sok cool. Kalau ada award buat kategori be yourself di Indonesian Idol season ini maka Dion paling  layak menerimanya.

He had a Moment last week & it put him on the radar.if he can deliver strong performances for this week ,he will be the last man standing on season 7 of Indonesian Idol. I believe he can make it to top 3 as he is one of the most original male contestants on idol.

Tapi sesekali Dion juga harus berani mengexplore kemampuannya dengan keluar dari jazzy genre amannya, karena Dion sebenarnya memiliki jenis suara bagus yang bisa masuk ke jenis musik apa saja.

He's one of my favorite on Idol this season.

 4. Prattyoda Bhayangkara

Yoda  has had tons of screen time and seems to have people,i think he’ll go far, not sure if he’ll win. he's early front runner but however ,in facts are front runner never win anymore (Delon,Firman,Ghea,Sarah Hadju etc),sorry 

 Yoda memiliki Kharisma sebagai seorang Rock Star!! But he has a lot of strong contenders right behind him who might swoop in for the win.

 5.Maria Rosalia Yola Detta

 Sweet likable girl with an amazing voice who came out of nowhere to win the competition. Sound familiar? *Rini Idol*

Maria has a really great voice. Her problem will be over coming a lack of confidence and
conquering her fears.She seems to be dealing with nerves at the moment but I think she will get stronger & stronger as the weeks roll on and make it into
the final 3 or ultimately earn the crown.

Minggu lalu Maria mendapat perlakuan yang lebih keras dari juri di banding kontestan lainnya,padahal kalau mau jujur penampilan maria rosalia lebih bagus di bandingkan beberapa kontestan pria yang sebagian besar mendapat respon positif dari juri.

yang menjadi sedikit masalah  kenapa voting maria minggu lalu tidak masuk 5 besar adalah pemilihan namanya,i think Yola or detta sound better than Rosa.. sayang sekali!

 6.Rosandy Sriwidia Nugroho

Really like his voice and style,  but haven’t seen too much originality.

bila Sandy terus bertahan from week to week i'm sure sandy bakal terus melaju seperti Dirly di season 2. Sandy berpeluang besar memberi kejutan pd minggu2 mendatang karena dia pribadi yang selalu mau bekerja keras,low profile dan memiliki semangat untuk lebih maju lagi.

prediksi saya kualitas suaranya selama di idol nanti bakal sangat meningkat di tambah pengalamannya yang pernah menjadi vocalis group band menjadikan He's a Dark Horse right now,

7. Febri Yoga Sapta Raharjo

He’s just the kind of contestant that Idol loves–a strummy guitar guy with a knack for re-arranging pop songs.  If he can keep things fresh,  He could go far.
 

 8.Belinda Hanrisna Fueza

She can sing and has a good voice, but lacks charisma and I haven’t seen that much originality with her, again I’m not sure how original she is. She could have a moment if given a chance,with a little make over he can be marketable

10. Non Dhera Siagian

She’s not my personal favorite but she seems to be an early favorite of the judges, and a lot of fans, so I think she’ll do well, maybe come in second, though, because the early favorite sometimes goes far but usually doesn’t win. 

As far as Dera's frontrunner status goes, I'm almost looking for her to be Dhea'd at some point before the finals if the rest of the season's eliminations go back to be the lowest vote getter and having nothing to do with a lowest voted guy and girl.
